A calmer phone for busy chairs
Keep cutting.
Keep booking.
ChairChime answers the calls you cannot, knows your services and prices, and helps clients find a real opening without pulling you away from the chair.
Do you have anything Saturday for a haircut and beard?
Yes. I can offer 11:30 AM or 2:00 PM. The service is $80 and takes about 90 minutes.
The useful part
One schedule.
Fewer missed calls.
Clients can call when your hands are busy or use a public booking link from social media. The same schedule powers both paths, so a phone booking, walk-in, or blocked break does not create a second version of the day.
Answers like your front desk
Service questions, prices, parking, walk-ins, and callback requests all have a clear place.
Keeps the day honest
Manual bookings, blocked time, and phone appointments share one conflict-aware schedule.
Leaves you in control
Review callbacks, change your services, pause the assistant, and approve a voice before activation.
Early access
Help shape the receptionist you would actually use.
We are inviting a small group of barbers and stylists to test ChairChime with us. You will get a guided demo, a controlled test number, and a direct line to the people building it.
Before the pilot
Simple by design.
Do my clients need an app?
No. They can call the receptionist or use a booking link from your social profile.
Do I have to change my business number?
No. The pilot starts with a separate test number. Forwarding your business line is a later step after acceptance.
Can I use my own voice?
An owner-approved voice can be configured, but voice creation and live telephone quality are part of the controlled pilot.
What happens when the AI is unsure?
It can collect a callback request instead of inventing a price, policy, or appointment result.
