This notice covers the ChairChime marketing website and pilot inquiry form. Live calling, customer bookings, and other app features require separate setup and applicable notices.

Information you choose to send

The form asks for your name, business, role, current booking method, contact details, and what you want to solve. We use that information to review and respond to your pilot inquiry. Do not include customer records, passwords, or sensitive information.

Form processing and attribution

Formspree processes submissions for the ChairChime team. Submissions may include the website entry page, referring website hostname, and recognized campaign labels so we can understand how people find the pilot. We do not include the referring page’s query string. This website uses session storage for those attribution details during your visit; the form remains available if storage is disabled.
